	RTO系列低压有填料封闭管式熔断器适用于交流50Hz额定电压380V额定电流至1000安的线路中作配套电气设备短路或过载保护之用。

结构特征

　　熔断器主要由熔断体及底座组成。为了方便熔断体的安装及更换，配有熔断器操作手柄。

熔断器的结构特征：

　　由熔管、指示器、填料和容体等组成。熔管采用高频滑石瓷制成，具有耐热性好，机械强度高，外表光洁美观等优点。指示器为一机械信号装置，指示器由与熔体并联的康铜丝及压缩弹簧等零件组成，能在熔体熔断后立即烧断，弹出红色醒目的指示件，表示熔断信号，填料采用纯净的石英砂粒，充填在熔管内。石英砂用来冷却电弧，致使电弧迅速熄灭。熔体采用紫铜薄片的网状多根并联形式，具有提高断流能力的变载面和增加时的锡桥结构，使熔断器获良好的保护性能。

底座的结构特征：

　　熔断器底座主要由插座与底板组成。插座设计成琴形触头，触头压力用弹簧来保证。底板用普通点恣制成，机械强度高，光洁美观。熔断器操作手柄采用热固性塑料，绝缘性能好，结构简单，操作自如。
